Jia Tolver is the incumbent Yellow of the Spectrum, representing Abornea.
In Gavin's opinion, yellow can be truly fearsome: emotion and reason in perfect balance. Also according to Gavin, Jia is no great soul, but likes to pretend that she is. In truth, she is simply perfectly susceptible to appeals of reason and emotion both.
She almost always sides with Gavin on Spectrum votes, mainly due to her infatuation with him.
Gavin describes her physically as "[a] vain creature. Good looking enough, but too much makeup, though she had cut back on the perfume after Andross made numerous explicit references to rooms smelling like cheap whores whenever she entered. She was proud of her unibrow, kept it perfectly coifed."
